Oil-Water Separation in the Oil and Gas Industry

Wastewater generated by gas stations and plants create oil-water emulsions that need to be separated before treatment. For an effective separation of this oil-water mixture, a defined pH value must be maintained.
Lutz-JESCO's two channel microprocessor-based controller makes it simple to feed the chemcial, measure water temperature while maintaining a constant pH value. This computerized feed system also allows users to print out management reports  to document results regulating authorities.
