Lutz-Jesco America Corp., the leading manufacturer of chemical feed systems, presents its flagship LJ-PolyBlend Polymer Feed System at the 87th Annual Water Environment Federation’s Technical Exhibition and Conference held September 27 – October 1 in New Orleans, LA., and attended by more than 20,000 water quality professionals.

“We are thrilled to showcase our products at the leading water quality event in North America,” said Executive Vice President and General Manager, Markus Seitenberg. “But more importantly, we are delighted to provide our customers with the best solutions for their application needs.”

The LJ-PolyBlend Polymer System is one of the most popular liquid polymer feeders in the industry. It is a dependable, motorized mixing machine. Its rugged, corrosion resistant housing, large turbine, and patented, multi-zone mixing chamber provide uniform dispersion energy at the moment of initial polymer wetting – critical to the dewatering process.

The LJ-PolyBlend's prime mixing zone fully activates the polymer while the second mixing zone promotes gentle polymer activation via a small turbine - lessening molecule fracturing. Its stainless steel injection valve prevents agglomerations and reduces the need for extended mixing time. The system includes a clear mixing chamber that provides visual monitoring of mixing polymer feed. Its compact design – only 1 to 1.5 square feet – means it’s lighter than standard feeders and allows for easy installation and transportation.
